What We're Serving

Wines we love

Saget La Perrière, Petite Perrière Sauvignon Blanc (2015)

  • Tasting Notes
A crisp, refreshing Loire whitefrom a premier sancerre producer. Aromas of sea spray with subtle notes of citrus and pear balanced with minerality.

Maison Louis Latour, Montagny Blanc 1er Cru, "La Grande Roche" (2015)

  • Tasting Notes
A white burgundy, also known as bourgogne blanc, is medium-bodied without being heavy. Balanced with a good amount of minerality and notes of pear, apricot and light oak, this upscale, food-friendly wine is a terrific buy at $21. Give it 20 minutes to temper out of the fridge before serving to allow its flavors to come to the surface.

Mas des Bressades, Costières de Nîmes Rosé Cuvée Tradition (2015)

  • Tasting Notes
A deep, full-bodied and food friendly Rhone blend said to be a favorite of Louis xiv and Balzac.  Rich blood orange, grapefruit and tangerine notes balanced bydried cherry and a long, herbal finish.
